Late Victorian Townhouse

Dawson Place, London - A large late Victorian townhouse in Notting Hill, West London. A complete refurbishment from 5 flats to one family home with the addition of a sub basement housing a gym, spa and entertaining room. A spiral staircase made of Portland stone and Zebrano veneer becomes a key feature of the property as it weaves it's way through the house. The architectural plasterwork details were reinstated where needed and combined it with contemporary doors and lighting to give it a modern twist. It has fine touches of bronze and wood details. The house now has various uses, suiting the varying lifestyles of the family members.
